Esteemed Professor Gustafson will be hosting an interactive seminar on what it means to be a leader in today's management focused world. This seminar is based on a series he did for MBA students last semester. He will be focusing on leadership vs management and how to handle human frailty. 

This event, co-hosted with the Innovation Leadership Residency (ILR) is perfect for anyone who wants to become a leader but is not sure what steps to take, or for those who already hold leadership positions but want to improve to become the best leaders possible.
